Haha just like every other casino game one spin and they are asking you for money they are all scams the TV commercials are set up to make you think you’re going to be able to win money right off or in a few spins no, that’s not right I’ve played several of these casino games and every one of them I’ve only gave me about 2 to 3 spins and then they’re asking for money so it’s all a joke. I don’t care how many promises they give you all the TV commercials they’re all the same. They want money after two spin it’s here here’s enough to spend twice and then it’s oops. Well here it’s only gonna cost you four dollars. Or six dollars or $10 to keep playing so it’s all a joke.

I attempted to withdraw my $200 winnings. It was never put into my bank. I contacted customer service through the chat after arguing with me. They made it where I can’t even contact them on the chat and I still have not received any money

They locked my account for no reason after I tried to cash out, I didn’t do anything wrong . There was nothing suspicious when I was adding money to the account but now that I want to redeem money suddenly things are suspicious and my account is locked . They took my money and won’t payout or refund me and they will not respond to my email

I gave 5 stars so interested players are informed. I signed up for this game and deposited from my Apple account. I paid $10.00 and supposedly won enough to double my money. The only redemption options arePayPal ,a debit card or a bank account. I can not redeem to either my Apple Pay or my Apple Card. I don’t have a PayPal account and I’m certainly not going to give my bank or debit card information. That is ridiculous if you can take from my Apple account you can pay back with it. Just another way to get my money and not pay out. You advertise for Apple Pay but don’t honor it. I will be disputing the charge I made and report your site

This app is a big scam. Your customer service consist of an AI chat, that tells you it’s human when you ask for a human but all it will give you is generic answers I try to get a hold of customer service as I had. I needed to talk to a real person and there’s no such thing you cannot talk to a real. that and their machines they don’t pay. I played on hundreds of sites and this one is by far the worst I wouldn’t waste my money.

7/29/26-of course i read all the reviews and it's always the bad ones that outweigh the good ones usually. esp in these types of games. i play only on my free stuff and today i did the $2 starter deal or whatever and you get 3 sc. i hit pretty decent. now ive cashed out on other platforms before so i understand bigger transactions can take some time. i mean i paid $2 and am trying to cash out $500. so. i'm being patient. i just have this voice in the back of my brain saying "what if they randomly close your account like what happened to some of these other people" and i hope that's not the case bc im a single mom of 2 that could DEF use the money - so ill be back to let everyone know what happens. stay tuned!
7/30/26-so i am still waiting for my redemption to hit my account. but here's something i've never seen before...i hit up customer service in the app asking about it and they say it's coming it goes through this process whatever well then there's an option at the bottom that says okay, what's more. so i touch jt. and it tells me that i have to manually accept it in my email? i dont even have an email from the payor names that it gives me?? so im confused.

At first, I thought I was just having bad luck. Then I left a negative review, and the developers responded quickly with a very polite message, saying they wanted to help and fix the problem. I appreciated that, deleted my negative review, wrote a positive one instead, and kept playing every day for about two months.
Now I can honestly say that, based on my own experience, the game doesn’t feel random. I would occasionally win—the most I ever won was around $120—but after spending much more than that overall, the pattern never changed. The next day I’d play 100 different games, make 10 or more deposits, and lose almost every time. No matter how much I deposited or how much I bet, the outcome felt the same.
I can’t say how the game works internally, but from my personal experience, it feels programmed to let you win occasionally and then take it all back. If you’re looking to throw your money away, go ahead and download it.

Don’t download this app you may run into a redemption issue and customer service don’t care to resolve the issue even though you have submitted everything they asked for immediately I used my on money to play this game I shouldn’t have an issue redeeming my Winnings your customer don’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect
