questionable bonuses and practices on this app
I signed up on this app and made a purchase which was promoted as a 100% cashback within 24 hours for new players. After the promo time disappeared my bonus was never given which should've been $750. When attempting to reach support is an AI chat bot tells you to wait patiently while they work to resolve the issue but no timeframe for resolution is given. very disappointing. Do not use

The game ads are fake. It took my money and did not give me any free coins to use. It actually asked me to put money which I did and when I cashed out I have still not been paid and it took what I left in there to play. It also would not let bid what I wanted to. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews saying this is a scam because it’s not! Just like with any casino you win some and you lose some. Redemption Issue over 24 hours Still no credit
I’ve emailed both grand fortune and Bruno reels and spent hours with alleged customer service …. Finally I had to go to my bank due to suspicious and ambiguous ( or nonexistent) responses regarding my redemption status. This is unacceptable and frankly my redemption amount of 1k is average and nowhere near an amount in which delays should occur. Furthermore , I won this money literally in the nicking time for my daughters birthday and yet I can’t even not her birthday because I’m still waiting. It’s funny how deposits go through with no problem yet a person has to go through all the stress and wasted time and disappointment after falsely feeling at ease for winning.
