Doesn't work

I've tried redownloading this on multiple devices and I can never get it to open. Everytime it says there is a connection error, though my boyfriend on the same WiFi but different type of device got it to work. I think it may not work on my kind of iPhone

Can’t upload receipts

You have to register your credit card or upload the physical receipt to collect points. I have no desire to register my credit card and I can no longer upload my receipt. The feature has been working fine, but now it’s broken!
