Route 40

Very inconvenient for the passengers. I have to wait so long for bus to even start moving from my stop because app is not working or the route is different because of passenger booking different stops. Route 40 is not followed and this is an unnecessary change done for Route 40. I don’t get dropped off as usual because bus takes longer route.
I reach home late everyday since this change.
Zero stars. Very inconsistent and inconvenient.
Please change back to normal bus.
