This literally has to be a JOKE that Bain Ultra, a luxury bath tub company wouldn’t see these reviews and DO SOMETHING. You sell $15,000 tubs and you can’t make a semi-functional app in 2026? RIDICULOUSLY DISAPPOINTING.

We have troubleshooting this and we cannot connect it. It recognizes the tub, but there's no signal strength, even though we know that the Wi-Fi module is connected to the router and my phone no luck
Doesn’t work at all.
I have a brand new tub and the wireless is installed properly. iPhone 16 Pro Max. When I launch the app it simply can’t find the tub. I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Tried customer support, they weren’t able to help. Not sure what to do. Very disappointed, given that this tub is quite expensive and app control is one of the factors that helped make my decision.

No other explanation what is wrong about it! No detailed instruction. There is no axolanarion why do it need both ethernet and wifi connection? Prepared a special cable from router right to this module, hided it in bathroom ceiling to reach best possible connection with module connected to bathtub. All apartment is covered with 2.4/5 Ghz WiFi with best possible signal in every corner and still does not work.
