Both give a lot of great information and insights… yea it felt kinda subjective but as I started to really learn what information I was getting it changed how I looked at training and recovery… sometimes connections with the band are spotty but the new version has that issue covered from what I understand… I don’t regret the purchase

Works most of the time
The band won’t stay closed so I have to wear a rubber band over it. The band needs to be redesigned. The Velcro doesn’t work very well. The band does not record sleep accurately consistently. The other parameters seem to chart OK as far as trending. The accuracy is debatable but probably closer to being correct than not. It’s bought and paid for so I will continue to use it. I wish they would send out a better Velcro band to everyone that has purchased one to replace The poor design.
