Deutsche Überschrift - englische Erklärung
Warum werden die einzelnen Abschnitte in Englisch erklärt obwohl die Überschrift und der Rest in deutsch geschrieben ist??? Einige Abschnitte sind zu unübersichtlich, Erklärungen ebenfalls. An einigen Stellen ist die Gestaltung und der Aufbau verbesserungsfähig damit man einfach besser versteht was man verbessern könnte was den Körper gut tut. Ansonsten eine sehr detaillierte Darstellung die viel Aufschluss gibt aber eben auch verwirrt.

Does its job
Having used a whoop for a year and being very pleased with it. The renewal cost came in and I couldn’t justify the price. So I thought I would give the Hume a try. Does what it says it does HOWEVER!!!! To get full usage there is an Extra Charge and half the app/statistics don’t work with out the scale too. The band sometimes takes a while to update figures eg step count has taken 10 minutes in the past to catch up.
I invested in the scale to get the full usage and they are good. Connect with ease and give a good read out. Though have found a few times they have refused to log my weigh in due to time???
All in all it is a good system if you’re willing to pay the £££ to get the full system. I will continue using this until it either stops working or something better catches my eye

I have been using the Hume body pod for about a year have had the human band for a four months. I really like the human products. The only complaint I have is my band periodically doesn’t record and I don’t know it until I see the results the next other than that, I have a human band for my wife and a body part for her as well. Her band isn’t charging. And we’re dealing with him on that particular issue.

Humbling but informative
I highly recommend to closely watch numbers. Bought it for being perimenopausal and keeping an eye on my numbers.
