Excellent
Hume’s Data Transfer Error
Works well
The biggest issue I’ve experienced is sleep tracking. Most of the time it works great, but every so often it simply doesn’t record an entire night’s sleep. It might work perfectly for five or six nights in a row, then suddenly miss a full night. That’s frustrating, especially since sleep is one of the main reasons I wear the band.
I also think the daily health readings could be organized in a cleaner, easier-to-read layout. The information is all there, but a simpler presentation would make it quicker to review and understand.
One feature I’d really love is the ability to add notes and interact with the app using AI. Right now, I often copy my data into ChatGPT so I can track trends, ask questions, and keep a health journal. Since AI is already part of the experience, having a built-in way to ask questions, log notes, and receive personalized insights would make the app much more powerful.
Overall, I’m happy with the Hume Band and would recommend it. With a few improvements to sleep reliability, data presentation, and AI-powered note-taking, I think it could become one of the best health platforms available.
