Can’t even change payment info
this app is trash, cannot do anything on here whatsoever. i switched banks and can’t even change it on there. you quite literally can’t do anything on this app except check your balance

Doesn’t let me make my payment at all . Still have to call or go into the store .
Useless
The app doesn’t work at all. The first day I was able to set up my account, look at how much I have left on my furniture, then nothing after that. I can’t pay my bill or anything. So now I have to call or go up there. It was better using the texting system.

Options DO NOT work
I have 2 separate contracts with 2 separate due dates but will NOT allow me to just pay the one due today. But instead I still have to call in or go to the store to make a payment.

Can’t get past store selection
You download, select store, and nothing! It just spins and spins. I have deleted and redownloaded and yet nothing. Might be useful if it actually worked.
