Lack of service from restaurant
Food arrived extremely cold with no flatware to napkins. Definitely want order from Saucehouse again.

Easy ordering. Need to be able to check on order status and review previous orders
Doesn't work with IOS 8
App worked fine on IOS 7 and iPhone 4 but just an error message on IOS 8 and IPhone 6

The app works great! As a professor it's nice to be able to order for lunch and have it brought to me on campus. I'm not sure who is writing all of these negative reviews, I always get great service when I speak with them. I'm sure it is impossible to please everyone, I'm sure some terrible customers are out there too.

Awful service
Don't use this service. The system makes frequent errors. Also the customer service is deplorable. When I called to complain they said they couldn't do anything to fix the mistake and hung up on me mid sentence. Do yourself a favor and just order from restraints with their own delivery.
