New updates make it worse

I was a fan when bumpy was new and I became a paying member.
But the newest updates make it more and more like all the other dating apps out there…
Matches expire… when you’re out of likes you have to wait 24hours…
Reverse that please. As a paying customer we should still have the option to watch ads to send a like, and these matches shouldn’t expire… we are busy people and to miss a match because of your stupid countdown timer is a bad experience.

Servus, also ich nutze die App seit wenigen Tagen glaube es sind bisher 2–3. zum aktuellen Stand bin ich eigentlich zufrieden mit der App. Ich habe das Gefühl das likes hier wesentlich ausgewogener sind als bei anderen dating Apps, ich finde es cool das man für das angucken eines Videos ein Like öffnen kann, schade das es nur einmal die Stunde geht aber cool das es überhaupt geht. Ich hoffe die Entwickler werden nicht gierig.

I'm not sure what's going on with this app. I don't know if it’s a network issue or something else, but I can’t view the other person’s messages or their photos. The screen just stays blank the whole time. There also aren’t many active users here. I wonder if the time difference between our countries is causing this problem.

You pay and you can not even send messages

This is a big scam. You pay and you limited to send only 3 likes in 24 hours. The free version is better. You can unlock a like watching 30 seconds video.

This is just a scam. They advertise free messaging you can not send.

Decepção, falta de suporte.

Eu sou assinante a alguns meses e a mais de duas semanas meu aplicativo parou com todas as funções que são importantes ele simplesmente parece que congelou, eu já tentei desinstalar e instalar e tenho tentado mexer todos os dias mas, sem sucesso. Enviei diversos e-mails para o suporte, tentei contato com o Instagram e até agora não tive nenhum retorno e nenhuma resposta, ninguém para me auxiliar e resolver o meu problema ou dar uma explicação. Estou muito chateada pois foram duas semanas pagas que não pude usar e ontem decidi cancelar a assinatura pois não posso pagar um produto que é impossível de usar e também não posso ficar me humilhando mais ainda para ter um suporte básico pois enviei diversos e-mails e tentei contato de todas as formas possíveis e tudo isso a mais de uma semana e até agora nada, é um descaso e falta de responsabilidade e respeito.

Great app if you’re serious

American and met my Brazilian GF there. Had lots of great conversations with actual people, and auto translation was awesome! If you’re serious about a relationship but unsure of a location, you can talk to people literally around the world

You see NOTHING unless you pay

Setting up my basic profile took forever because the app kept glitching. Then, once everything was set up, I had to watch a video just to see one like. To move to the next, I had to either pay $2.99 or wait an hour for another video. That’s insane and not how other apps work. I love the idea but truly this is not going to be something I want to pay for since I’ve not even gotten enough experience with it to know if it’s worth getting behind the paywall.

I’m using this app for last 3 months with premium subscription, before I used to get 3 likes per day and more likes if you watch videos, now we have to pay extra for more likes.. planning for some other app..

Aplicativo péssimo paguei para usar por uma semana só consegui mandar mensagem dia agora eu curto as mensagens não recebo nem curtidas e nem visualizações e nem conversas não baixem não vale a pena quero meu reembolso porque gastei dinheiro pra usar apenas um dia sendo que era uma semana no primeiro dia estava ótimo demais pra ser verdade
