Bunq actually lets their customers do normal banking and spending activities, unlike Wise and Revolut, who hassle you constantly. Highly recommend.

Ich bin mit bunq sehr zufrieden. Die Kontoeröffnung ging schnell und unkompliziert, und die App ist modern, übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Überweisungen werden zuverlässig ausgeführt, Push-Benachrichtigungen kommen sofort und ich habe jederzeit einen guten Überblick über meine Finanzen.
Besonders gefallen mir die innovativen Funktionen wie mehrere IBANs, Unterkonten und die Möglichkeit, das Konto flexibel an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Auch die Karteneinstellungen lassen sich direkt in der App verwalten, was den Alltag deutlich erleichtert.
Der Kundenservice war in meinen Fällen freundlich, kompetent und hat meine Anliegen zügig gelöst. Insgesamt bietet bunq eine moderne, zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Banking-Erfahrung. Cette banque en ligne fait le sans faute.
Client depuis plusieurs années de Revolut et habitué de leur efficacité je suis désormais client de Bunq !
Non seulement je retrouve l’efficacité et l’esthétique de l’application IOS, le temps réel des mouvements d’opérations…
Mais surtout Bunq propose une fonctionnalité extraordinaire : les SOUS COMPTES !
Ainsi je dispose jusqu’à 25 sous comptes possédant chacun leur propre IBAN en FR ( ou autres)
Les cartes virtuelles proposent des codes CVC dynamiques ( qui changent toutes les 5 mn)
Avec ces deux fonctionnalités j’ai cloisonné les créanciers !
Fini le stress lorsque vous recevez un mail de votre créancier qui vous explique que tel opérateur téléphonique ou tel autre créancier a divulgué vos données personnelles, IBAN compris).
Il suffit de détruire le compte et d’en générer un nouveau !
Ainsi les pirates et escrocs se retrouvent avec des données inutilisables !

I’m being limited to the size of my deposits.
My American bank is allowing my transfers. But, you guys only allow small deposits.

Pour l’instant j’apprécie cette banque. Je crois y être cliente depuis un an ou presque mais c’est le seul établissement bancaire à ma connaissance qui ne me prenne pas la tête contrairement à tous les autres établissements bancaires français. Pas de découvert autorisé et c’est très bien. Pas de prêt possible mais des intérêts cumulés chaque semaine selon la somme sur le compte. Cette banque me va tout à fait et je ne compte pas en changer pour le moment.

Everything is an upgrade
Even simple features like adding a note to a transaction requires you upgrade to “pro” - this us ridiculous, you’re a bank, you hold thousands of my euros you can earn interest on, which you still charge a fee for, then you block simple and critical banking features behind more fees. It feels like a budget airline instead of a nice bank worth using.
Features like investing are blocked for Americans.
The ai support tool is incredibly unhelpful to the point that you feel like there’s no recourse if a vendor fails to deliver services.
Overall, an extremely low quality experience wrapped in a glossy app wrapper

this app is turning into gambling
crypto, and now a spin the wheel every time i make a purchase??? i’m moving to a different bank. i wanna manage my money, not gamble it.

Plum automatise l’épargne avec des arrondis et des prélèvements selon des pourcentages, mais sans RIB ni carte. Vivid propose des pockets avec un RIB, et des cartes (physiques ou virtuelles) qui débitent n’importe quelle poche. Bunq excelle par son épargne à 2,01 %. Mon idéal : une banque qui combine les pockets RIB et cartes de Vivid, l’épargne de Bunq, et les automatisations de Plum. La banque parfaite : épargne, flexibilité, automatisation.

Seit 2019 nutze ich Bunq täglich und habe endlich volle Kontrolle über meine Finanzen. Die App ist extrem übersichtlich, schnell und komplett digital. Jede Zahlung wird sofort angezeigt, Karten lassen sich in Sekunden erstellen, einfrieren oder anpassen – alles direkt in der App.
Besonders gefällt mir die Flexibilität mit mehreren Unterkonten, der einfachen Budget-Verwaltung und der nahtlosen Apple Pay Integration. Auch internationale Zahlungen funktionieren unkompliziert und transparent.
Man merkt einfach, dass Bunq modern denkt und Banking neu definiert. Innovativ, flexibel und perfekt für den Alltag.
