Probably the best food reward app out there. If you love yummy burgers, but want to save money, and earn points easily and quickly, I highly recommend this app! Definitely worth switching to if you buy frequently from burger master!
Missing menu options
Love this place but after a year plus it’s sad the app still doesn’t have all the drink options. Only some sodas and lemonade show up. If you want something else you have to wait for window help.

Needs More Items
I love burger master and I really like the idea of having rewards. However, they don’t have my favorite item on there (chicken tenders). Which is a shame because I have like 10,000 points but can’t use them.
Stupid setup
The app is only applicable when ordering online. If you change the location to where you are, since it doesn’t automatically do that, it erases your order and you have to start all over again. It would be logical for customers to be able to apply their promos to in person purchases.

Love this place, app needs tweaks
I can’t customize more than one thing on a kids burger. If you have kids you might know they can be specific. For example, I can’t add cheese AND ketchup. One or the other is possible with a radio button. I hope you see this review and redesign. I ordered via toast to get around this problem.

I love getting rewards for ordering my usual Burgermaster food and getting rewarded with more free food. Plus I get first access to any giveaways and news!
Great idea, not thought out
I have 9k burger bucks, can only use ONE free item per order. Not that exciting when the meal is still $45 but got that free drink. Why not be able to build a free meal? That’s how most rewards programs work. Plus you can only order delivery or pickup in advance, not a great reward for the amount of money I spend here….this is not a one star for the food or service or people. They get 5 stars, just the app is kinda bunk

Forces continuous re-add of credit card and doesn't save. Privacy issues also.
Unusual situation
We arrived in a spot left the lights on. 10 minutes later no car hops had arrived at the car so I placed my order on the app. Rather disappointed to not even be acknowledged

Please add a “plain” option for the kids hot dog.

The app is extremely limited in terms of choices.
Incomplete Menu
Love Burgermaster. Nice app. However, you’re missing a slot for special order information and not all the available beverages show up. Please update the app to reflect the entire menu.

I love Burgermaster. Being able to put my families order in before I even leave the house is amazing!
However, when I go to certain places in the app, it appears to log me out. It also crashed once. Over all, I looking forward to an updated version. This one is fine for now.
