Stopped working a few years ago
No updates for 3 years. App doesn’t work at all just a straight up white screen.
I stopped going to burrito Boyz because of this. Fix the app and maybe I’ll go back.

Can’t change spice level
You only have two hot sauce selections and they are mandatory. Ghost pepper or Pineapple. I don’t want either. Can’t order via app as a result. Poor design.
Terrible App
This is a terrible app. No matter how many times you input the payment info and ask the app to save it, it never works. If you order there regularly you have to input the payment info EVERY TIME like you are a new customer.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER
I ordered couple nights ago because I thought the app was for delivery. The indian girl who answered the phone first of all did not recognize I had ordered at all. She outright refused my phone call because she said that my order was not there. I had already ordered and paid so I didnt know what she was talking about. I had to call again twice and both times the order was not there. Then she calls me back and says your order is here. I didnt understand how she could be so incompetent so again I asked her to cancel the order because there was no delivery on the app. She then proceeds to give me attitude and refuses again to cancel the order. I ask to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager. I was gobsmacked because how can such an incompetent esl student be the manager at Burrito Boyz? She then hangs up and I figure that I can only get the money back from the bank through a dispute because after all, she is an incompetent esl manager at Burrito Boyz who just straight up stole over $30 from me amd knowingly continued with the order and probably ate my food to boot! Horrible considering I have been burritos from Burrito Boyz for over a decade now. Ill probably never eat there again. Bad taste in my system comes from bad state actors serving foul water.
