Stopped working a few years ago
No updates for 3 years. App doesn’t work at all just a straight up white screen.
I stopped going to burrito Boyz because of this. Fix the app and maybe I’ll go back.

Can’t change spice level
You only have two hot sauce selections and they are mandatory. Ghost pepper or Pineapple. I don’t want either. Can’t order via app as a result. Poor design.
Terrible App
This is a terrible app. No matter how many times you input the payment info and ask the app to save it, it never works. If you order there regularly you have to input the payment info EVERY TIME like you are a new customer.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER
I ordered couple nights ago because I thought the app was for delivery. The indian girl who answered the phone first of all did not recognize I had ordered at all. She outright refused my phone call because she said that my order was not there. I had already ordered and paid so I didnt know what she was talking about. I had to call again twice and both times the order was not there. Then she calls me back and says your order is here. I didnt understand how she could be so incompetent so again I asked her to cancel the order because there was no delivery on the app. She then proceeds to give me attitude and refuses again to cancel the order. I ask to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager. I was gobsmacked because how can such an incompetent esl student be the manager at Burrito Boyz? She then hangs up and I figure that I can only get the money back from the bank through a dispute because after all, she is an incompetent esl manager at Burrito Boyz who just straight up stole over $30 from me amd knowingly continued with the order and probably ate my food to boot! Horrible considering I have been burritos from Burrito Boyz for over a decade now. Ill probably never eat there again. Bad taste in my system comes from bad state actors serving foul water.

I am an avid burrito boyz lover and ohh man would this app being better would make you guys so damn much money! Doesn’t save my card details and hasn’t been updated in a year it says… improvements are needed lads

Extra charges
While placing order, I put $0 tip and checked total but still in total there was tip added. This has happened twice. No way to get it back too
App is absolute garbage
Why release this app when it doesn’t work? Can’t even pay for your food. Good luck trying to get out of the add credit card screen. So disappointed. Garbage.
App sucks
Food is great but app sucks. Its buggy crashes doesn’t save your cc info. Its too bad. I would order more often if it worked. You guys are losing money over something stupid like this. Get better developers.
Broken
The app technically lets you order food, but if you misclick or try and do anything else it’s just fully broken and ever updated.

Doesn’t work at all now
There were problems before where it would charge you but not send the order in and you’d have to fight with them to get your money back; but now it doesn’t load at all.
Hands down the worst app
I love you guys BB. But this app is straight doo doo. Ive struggle for so long hoping it would get better. Ive built up points only to place orders and all of a sudden my order can not go through and then my balance is wiped clean. So thank you but goodbye
very buggy
this app has a memory leak and took up over 700mb of data. every time i order, my credit card data always needs to be re-entered or else the order errors out and the transaction is cancelled. the ability to order mixed burritos disappeared from the menu so now I'm calling in the order instead of using the app

Giving up on it second time
Install the app and go through adding the order. Get to the page where I’m prompted to enter payment information. I switch to 1Password to copy payment info. When I get back to burrito boys app I’m taken back to the location selection app and the order I had set up earlier is forgotten.
