I don’t know if I have the wrong settings like as-much-changes-as-possible or don‘t-get-near-destination but this app does not make any sense to me.
App is not helpful.
Finding bus stops that a truly wheelchair accessible is a joke. This is the worst city we have ever visited for public transit.

App is pretty mediocre compared to other bus apps in Italy that allow you to simply purchase tickets and with a better ui for route planning. Cant trust the tap to pay feature on a lot of the buses, seems to work about half the time and the police control frequently. Have fun trying to get your card to read properly. Definitely an EU flagship city with seamless technological integration.
