Can’t sign up and buy tickets with an international phone number. Really annoying

Blocks non Italian phone numbers

Can see routes but cannot actually buy anything. It’s sends an OTA to the give phone number. If it isn’t an Italian number it won’t accept it. Attempts to use Apple, google, and Facebook login won’t circumvent this.

I can’t sign up - the app won’t send a 2FA to an international number. Very disappointing. I wanted to buy tickets!!!

they need to recognize that many people using transit are international. requires a phone number to validate your account but no way to validate through whatsapp, rendering it entirely useless.
