Wait times are inaccurate
Wait times on the app and what is displayed on the ride are totally inaccurate. A 50 minute wait on Cobra was advertised as a 10 minute wait on the app. That’s just one example. I have yet to see the app be right about wait times
Doesn’t work without signing in
Literally doesn’t help me at all while in the park if I can’t even access the map unless I have my login. Why does it require logging in?!

It’s was great the bathrooms smelt good and clean the rides were safe and fun to ride food was great but needs more water and places but today I had a great time. thank you!

Terrible operation of the app
How unfortunate that this park has such a disastrous and bad application as the one it has. Absolutely nothing can be done. The information does not link it with the rewards, with the purchases or with anything. Everything has to be done through phone calls or directly in the park. You waste more time in the guest service waiting to be attended to instead of being able to solve anything that is needed from the app. A good update is urgently needed.

This app is so booty tickle-ingly good, I got everywhere I needed within milliseconds like the flash! My grandkids were overjoyed by the sounds of others screaming at the park! Although on Verbolten, instead of the lights and special effects, we heard and saw quote “if there is a screen, a03 will be seen”? Slightly unrelated, but my grandchild’s toes started sweating on the ropes in the kid’s dragon section, I have some health concerns with hygiene.

Poor Design
The directions put us in the wrong place. The closures were wrong, and it. did not help with navigating using the Skyway or the railroad.

i’m irritated
they don’t update the map frequently enough i put directions to herbal infusion and it took me to boba??? i then asked 3 people for directions and not till the 3rd person they told me its in italy

Wait times super unreliable
Across multiple visits to Busch Gardens Tampa, I find the app has very inaccurate wait times for rides and inaccurate data about which rides are open versus closed. Please improve the experience!
My review
The app is very good and easy to use, but I have one problem and that is the fact that there is no dark mode. Overall the app is very good and I like the map.
Useless if you can’t login
We are going to BG Tampa in a couple of weeks and I downloaded the app to support our trip. It won’t accept my login credentials and there is no access for support on the login screen. Because I am not logged in, I can’t access any of the other app features. What a joke.
Last year’s family trip
I have to say that it was the worst decision I made last year to visit Busch Gardens in Virginia. I prepaid ahead of time for my family to go including the meals! From the time we got there until the time we left there were time consuming obstacles beginning with our printed out bar codes that were refused and had to wait in line at customer service to straighten out. Rides were shut down all over the park, Food bracelets were denied or restricted at many of the eateries, parking was over the top and should have been included with admission, and the list goes on! I grew up in Virginia and remember going to this park as a child. Now I have to say Busch Gardens has succumbed to greed and worships the almighty dollar! Shame

Still can’t log into the app. Same as many on here
This app is useless. As others have stated, the login hasn’t worked for this in months. Which means whatever tickets and pass you have associated with your account will have to be accessed through the web. There is no support for this either. I’ve submitted several emails with no response
