Simple. Effective. Empowering
This app, the community, and the progressions make becoming a burpee practitioner simple to achieve. I cannot fully express what a thrilling sensation it is to knock out more burpees in a session than I ever thought possible. It is an exhilarating and empowering feeling!
This is the one
Alright, you got me. I’m sold. This is the one.
I quit the gym in college because of multiple back and other joint injuries. It was only a matter of time before I ended up with a permanent injury. But I miss it.
I tried the bodyweightfitness subreddit, but found the recommended routine boring. I’d finish a workout tired but unfulfilled.
Over the years I bounced between workout regimens, never enjoying the activities nor feeling I was building functional strength.
In 2022 I found this workout on Reddit. I enjoyed its time and intensity, but I was inconsistent and never tracked my progress (nor adhered to a schedule). I made progress, but very slowly.
Then I see this app on a social media feed?
Golly Bob howdy. Rep recording? Weekly calendar? Visuals?
And that green pacing bar? What an absolute thing of beauty. I was able to pace myself AND break PRs. It turns out I was hitting the throttle too hard in the beginning and gassing myself out before the ten-minute mark. Pacing is what I NEEDED. Now I just need time and consistency. This app will facilitate that.
So yeah, I’m sold. You got me.

Needs a free mode
I’ve already been burnt paying a subscription on a fitness app with no free mode. Never again. Literally useless app.
Response from developer
The app does give you a one week free trial where you can test it out without paying anything. We also have promotional codes that you should keep an eye out for if you want to trial it for longer. Hope we see you soon and take care!
New update is awesome
The new rep counting feature has been a game changer for me. I also happen to be a Garmin user, so starting it on the watch is also super handy. $9.99 a month is worth it with these and hopefully more upcoming features. It would be nice to be able to project your HR on the screen of my phone.
Essential
Great complement to a simple and effective program. Give it a shot.
