The app tells me this version is no longer supported and redirects me to the app store where there is no newer version

Love this app. I like that I see transactions as soon as they go through. I was able to cancel my card quickly when it was used fraudulently. It also helps me catch unexpected charges like ongoing subscriptions I forgot I signed up for 😆
Need to correct the version update error
Useful when it’s available. I do often get a message saying an update is required as the app is out of date but there is no update in the App Store. This is quite frustrating.
Butterfield Card Alert
Every time I open the Butterfield Card Alert App a message pops up to say the app is outdated and to download the new version by going to the App Store. There is no way to download the new version. I have called BNTB three times and as usual I am connected to overseas reps who know nothing about the issue. They all say they’ll call back but haven’t done so. Meanwhile I can’t access my credit card information or the settings which secure my card for fraud.
This issue needs to be solved like yesterday.
