Needs update
Every time I search something then want to search something else it says error. So I have to click the homepage everything I want to make sure I can’t just keep searching something different. Search. Homepage. Search. Homepage. So annoying. Please update
Horrible and cheap proxy
1. Buyee is using this new shipping service called “Speedex” let me tell you that this service had my package out for delivery for 3 days then I recheck my phone and I see that the package that was out for delivery was shipped to Illinois, why is my package that claimed to be out for delivery for 3 days suddenly in Illinois??? And I still haven’t gotten an update it’s genuinely lost, and I paid $200 for shipping services and you give me the worst shipping service ever, to be honest I won’t be surprised if they lose my $500 order,
2. I wasn’t aware of the shipping fees I had to pay to get the item to the storage, one of the items shipping cost was too big so I wanted to dispose it right? They made me pay $16 to CANCEL my order, would’ve been nice if I paid for it from the start or something
3. I lost a bid cause the bid system was broken, please tell me why the bid time is like two minutes behind the actual bidding time? I had lost a bid because buyer’s timing system wasn’t correct
4. I bought the protective packaging that you could buy for $10 to apparently protect your packages, when my packages arrived they were torn apart and the bubble wrap was really thin and was only one layer
5. I had to pay to literally see pictures of my items, there are many other jp proxies that will do this for free
6. Don’t buy from buyee, there are many other jp proxies that won’t scam you out of your money

I can’t sign in after multiple attempts to change the password and even make a new account it won’t except my password
Way too much personal info
Requires you to put down your address, full name, phone number, gender, and CREDIT CARD before you can even access the app. That’s way too much personal info to request the second you log on for the first time.
Don’t buy from here
I bought a five dollar backpack and payed for the fees but when it arrived to the warehouse it said I had to choose a different shipping method and the shipping was 45 dollars this is not worth it don’t buy from here

Auctions are broken
The timer always ends before it says its supposed to and every time you bid on an item it takes it off your watchlist. Very bad and buggy app they really just suck at making a third party shipping service
Best place for Japanese imports
Can highly recommend this website or store anymore than I can , best place and nicely priced for Japanese mangas along all pop culture

Great app to shop for Japanese product
Love the app, many popular japanese stores available within the app. Because of tariffs and the high shipping costs i would suggest making a shopping list, if you buy too frequently its gonna get expensive. I would also suggest avoiding ECMS for delivery. They use a last mile delivery company in many areas called speedx, and they will lose your packages, its happened to me every time they were the delivery company. Choose buyee air (FedEx) whenever possible. Expensive (depending on weight) but 100% reliable and arrives within a week usually

Spent so much money on an order and I bought the package where it covers the shipping and the items, got it then three of the items I received were fake and they will not refund me.

Very poor platform
Litany of errors. They allow counterfeit items, do not consolidate and ship packages correctly, the app is very slow and clunky, customer support is responsive but very unhelpful. It’s always the buyers fault. Doorzo is the way to go
Appreciate this service
The app and website is like interfacing with all Japanese sites… as an English user, you have to be patient with the process. It works. The added touches upon delivery is nice.

It was great 4 years ago until now too much restrictions
You can’t buy anything good anymore. So much restrictions on everything it’s just gone down hill and the shipping prices are ridiculous. I lost out on thousands when the shipping costs came on small items. I had to get them to throw it out and you still pay a fee for that. Buyee has gotten so bad. Beware of the shipping prices and beware that you can’t buy anything that’s worth trying to buy.

Awful customer service
Neither the app nor the website allows me to register my PayPal without issue. It either brings me to a blank page or a URL error. When I contacted customer support they suggested I contact PayPal…as if it wasn’t only their website having an issue. Now the item I was trying to buy has sold. Waste of my time and lost out on an item due to incompetence
