A seller defrauded me, company did not nothing to protect me.
I cannot give a high enough vote AGAINST buyee. When a seller defrauded me, obvious fraud, I spent hours giving buyee the requested pictures, weights of the emptied boxes (they took the cards out of box sets and retaped them empty, and the weights alone i thought would prove this- big difference in weight). After all this they said they cannot refund. I spent over $30k in a short while on Buyee, and this one time I encountered fraud (all from a single seller) Buyee was worthless in doing what’s right- they do not protect the buyer against fraud. The fraud was $700-$1000 total, and I’ll be just fine eating that cost, but I will never shop at buyee again and I will adamantly discourage others from doing so as well. When you would expect them to do what’s right, like ebay etc would, they will leave you screwed due to their incompetence and inability to detect blatant fraud.

Unclear fee structure - beware
Great inventory, reasonably functional site, reasonable merchandise transparency, and provide a necessary proxy service.
Issues are around inconsistency in actual inventory availability across some sites vs. Buyee sites (SNKRDUNK is particularly out of date on Buyee), and the shipping fees. Customs duties are levied, whether they apply or not and there is no refund or recourse to recover them. You need to assume a flat overhead percentage added to the item pricing, that will depend on the country you are shipping to. This is not clear anywhere on their site, nor in the ads or auctions, or in their email responses. I had another person look at it with me to verify, and there is complete inconsistency in verbiage, fees, communications, etc.

Shipping Insurance Not Honored
Purchased shipping insurance was denied for delivery damage because of prior claims, despite clear photo evidence proving the item was undamaged before shipping.
Could be a great App and service
I just recently found this app and used it right away. The idea is amazing, but fully learn how to use it before you order. If you are ordering multiple items from the same place, you may have to add it to your cart, then reopen store from the drop menu (you know the way we had to do it over 20yrs ago) then you’ll only be charged one service fee instead of multiple.
Wait until all of your things are at the warehouse before you choose shipping, so you can consolidate your shipping. Once you pay for shipping they cannot change anything.
Do this things and you hopefully won’t have to pay double fees for everything like I did.

They package your products too big and freight costs a fortune
As above every time I consolidate my packages they put in massive box and cost me hundreds of dollars to ship, big risk, you can get some good stuff but be prepared to spend a lot on freight

Just don’t know how they rate some items that is restricted to buy but many others have no problem.

Every time I search something then want to search something else it says error. So I have to click the homepage everything I want to make sure I can’t just keep searching something different. Search. Homepage. Search. Homepage. So annoying. Please update
Horrible and cheap proxy
1. Buyee is using this new shipping service called “Speedex” let me tell you that this service had my package out for delivery for 3 days then I recheck my phone and I see that the package that was out for delivery was shipped to Illinois, why is my package that claimed to be out for delivery for 3 days suddenly in Illinois??? And I still haven’t gotten an update it’s genuinely lost, and I paid $200 for shipping services and you give me the worst shipping service ever, to be honest I won’t be surprised if they lose my $500 order,
2. I wasn’t aware of the shipping fees I had to pay to get the item to the storage, one of the items shipping cost was too big so I wanted to dispose it right? They made me pay $16 to CANCEL my order, would’ve been nice if I paid for it from the start or something
3. I lost a bid cause the bid system was broken, please tell me why the bid time is like two minutes behind the actual bidding time? I had lost a bid because buyer’s timing system wasn’t correct
4. I bought the protective packaging that you could buy for $10 to apparently protect your packages, when my packages arrived they were torn apart and the bubble wrap was really thin and was only one layer
5. I had to pay to literally see pictures of my items, there are many other jp proxies that will do this for free
6. Don’t buy from buyee, there are many other jp proxies that won’t scam you out of your money

Requires you to put down your address, full name, phone number, gender, and CREDIT CARD before you can even access the app. That’s way too much personal info to request the second you log on for the first time.

I bought a five dollar backpack and payed for the fees but when it arrived to the warehouse it said I had to choose a different shipping method and the shipping was 45 dollars this is not worth it don’t buy from here

The timer always ends before it says its supposed to and every time you bid on an item it takes it off your watchlist. Very bad and buggy app they really just suck at making a third party shipping service
Best place for Japanese imports
Can highly recommend this website or store anymore than I can , best place and nicely priced for Japanese mangas along all pop culture
