This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my life.
I called to complain that I entered the token sent to me the first time and I got “USED” as response. The only thing your customer service representative could say to me is to shout at me to go outside and check. How ? When there is no light in my flat.
When I asked for further clarification, he responded “aahh “ . why is he being paid if not to explain issues to customers.
Anyway today is my last day to use your app. I am out.
