Frustrating, please enable facial sign-in
Unable to access my account since the new update. I have not had to log into my account using password as I always use facial recognition, I do not remember my password and I have don’t forget password but for 5 days now I’ve not received an email. Frustrating
Slow transaction
Right now the app is slow in transacting to other banks , kindly work on that cos it was when it’s updated this started to occur
Inability to make quick transfers
After a successful update, now transferring to other accounts is taking way too long, processing transactions for more than an 1hr now
