Unable to access my account since the new update. I have not had to log into my account using password as I always use facial recognition, I do not remember my password and I have don’t forget password but for 5 days now I’ve not received an email. Frustrating

Right now the app is slow in transacting to other banks , kindly work on that cos it was when it’s updated this started to occur

Stupid bank
Opened the so said bank credited it with N50000 couldn’t access my money was directed to a branch and up till now I still don’t have access to my funds. I don’t have you people’s time yet.

Very bad app. App won’t login and at every attempt to login, an email login notification saying a login was successful would be sent. What kind of poor network is the system using ?

Unable to unlock device
I've been unable to log on into the app ever since I changed my device. Sent countless mails but keep going back and forth with no solution.
