Worst banking experience
The app is unreliable, costumers service is terrible and it seems like they do not know how to operate a bank.
Jaiz bank is fraudulent, do not download
I sent money from Jaiz acc to my other bank, I was debited immediately but never recieved the money in my acc. There’s absolutely zero chance of getting access to the customer service. I hope this help and no other person will fall victim of this app and bank. Again do not bank with this people, have been trying to access my account for the hours.

Very annoying,always having issues with every transfers,everything about the app is annoying,anything you want to do will pull up error messages
Inefficient features on app
Lately, the application features have not function optimumly. Transactions history not showing & incessant failed transaction unlike when the application was newly upgraded to its new outlook.
