Worst banking experience
The app is unreliable, costumers service is terrible and it seems like they do not know how to operate a bank.
Jaiz bank is fraudulent, do not download
I sent money from Jaiz acc to my other bank, I was debited immediately but never recieved the money in my acc. There’s absolutely zero chance of getting access to the customer service. I hope this help and no other person will fall victim of this app and bank. Again do not bank with this people, have been trying to access my account for the hours.

The app functions way better than before. I love it

Very annoying,always having issues with every transfers,everything about the app is annoying,anything you want to do will pull up error messages
Inefficient features on app
Lately, the application features have not function optimumly. Transactions history not showing & incessant failed transaction unlike when the application was newly upgraded to its new outlook.
Unable to enrol
Unfortunately since the launch of this , I have been unable to enrol and I have tried both android and ape devices to no avail.
App update
It’s quite unfortunate what is going on with the recent update of your App. For over a month i haven’t been able to access my account from my phone and i keep wondering what if i had only this account? And clearly you see it is a business account? You have failed in supporting me!
Wrong update
Whoever recommended this update is wrong. The updated app automatically initiated 2fa for transactions to cards which was never enabled and couldn’t also be removed.
App stuck on failed after attempting transfer and can’t return back to
Homepage until close. Difficulty in reaching out to inapp support. Bad UI design.
As a developer myself, this update is not efficient and optimized. The previous one is still far better interms of functionality and speed.
Hope this is resolved ASAP

Version 3.0
The version 3.0 has been logging me out, can’t quite make transactions without deleting and reinstalling for over 3days now.
Worse and fraudulent bank
I urged all Nigerians to stay away from this bank
They own the worse app ever you can’t view or send a receipt of a transaction you made 1 minutes ago
And once you get debited for an unsuccessful transaction your money is gone no matter how you reach to them they will first block your number from calling them

Unprofessional
The app keeps showing errors when trying to login, can't login into my account with iPhone app but going through on android. Subsequent time have messaged and complain in the bank, all they told me is to keep using android.while I don't have android phone

What Just Happened to the App?
It updated but wiped out my sign-in info.
Possible incompatibility
Please update the app. Last update was 3 years ago is such a long time. My app looks like it’s incompatible with recent software because it’s not opening anymore. Please look into this. It’s very discouraging.
Regret banking with you
It never allows me to do any transactions since I open this bank even ussd code not working
Hide balance feature
In this golden age, running an app that doesn’t have hide balance feature. Even MFB Apps are doing better. Had to move my money from app that doesn’t preference privacy

The app works perfectly and that’s why it’s the highest rated app in Nigeria. I just wish Jaiz to enable use of Master and Visa cards as well as online transactions. Jazakhallah Khairan!
