Not enough information before registration
I saw an ad and wanted to learn about buzzbike but there is not enough information about bikes or anything else before registration and subscription. There should be a pre-registration discovery page where users can see if you are suitable for them.
Terrible service! Terrible customer services
Got a subscription and never got a bike. They rescheduled for four times and never delivered. Sent me emails saying that they try to delivery but for some reason they couldn’t. Tried to cancel via WhatsApp and nothing happens. Tried to cancel via website and got 404 error. So, in the end, I ended up with a four month subscription and no bike at all. 👍🏻

Brilliant!
Great value, great service, can’t recommend enough. My bike was damaged and they collected it and gave me a new one for free. Zippy 3speed bike. The theft charge is only £50 which seems very reasonable. The only negatives a are that there’s a £10 collection and drop off charge at the start and end of your subscription and you have to provide your own lights. Still by far the best option I’ve come across though! Highly recommended!

Useless. Doest count the Distance oroperly, stops at 3km😂😂 waste of battery life, not as advertised!
