Excellent professional company
Love the app works really well notifies you when a driver assigned and you can track your vehicle. You can also pay on the app by card so you know exactly how much it’s going to cost. I found cabs4u to be the most reliable out of all the companies. Also love the little Santa sleighs they use on the app when tracking the vehicles very Christmassy haha.

They are always lying about the estimated time of the arrival
When ever you book a taxi, the call center will say 5-10 minutes, once I waited for 40 min and when i call back they will tell me the driver on the way 2-3 min

In our Berryfields, non of the cabs are available. I booked Cabs4u with a hitch but it turned out to be a great experience. Pre booked the ride 30mins in advance. Driver reached 5mins early before time and reached destination without delays. Best app for people who dont have commute of there own. Reasonable prices!!!
