Scanning doesn’t work
Nice to have a niche app that serves my company food offerings. Scan and Go options is hard to use, though, as the barcode scanner just never focuses on a barcode. I have to manually search by name instead of scanning (which is a pain)

Latest iOS release broke it
After iOS 26 update app wouldn’t work. Had to delete app and reinstall from App Store. Bad experience
This gets more broken with every update
With the last update I can’t signup again whenever you decide I should go again through the “ enter your code and get a confirmation code via email” dance. All I get is a blank page. A previous update added a direct ApplePay option that doesn’t work. At least the old two step variant still works, for now….

Works, but the order process is unnecessarily weird when paying with Apple Pay, including it requiring my shipping address even though the only option is to pick up at the cafeteria

This app is just very poorly designed. The team behind the cafes and the tech are both slow to respond and overall gives a poor experience.

Time selector should have ASAP as an option and should be the default. So many little annoyances.

Truly a terrible user experience
Incredibly slow. Frequently crashes. Errors constantly. This app would have zero users if it wasn't the only option for company cafeteria.
Can't even use a simple SSO
Loging on to this application is impossible making it useless.
App name, token refresh
Please remove the “2.0” from the app name.
I’d use the AdobeLife app instead, but it is painfully slow.
Also, ordering from the cafeteria is not a high security risk. Please cache the access code across sessions and app installs so it never has to be reentered after installing. Having to hunt down the access code whenever the session expires is a huge inconvenience. I usually order while heading to the cafe, so this causes me to go back to my desk to look up the code.

Change the name
Please please please change the name so that my phone doesn’t try to auto correct to 2.0
Remove 2.0 from the name, please!!
When I have the app installed, every time I try to type 20 it replaces the text with 2.0. Apparently this is because Apple autocorrect tries to match to the app names you have installed.
