Best barista person
Chelsea at Heathrow T5 is the best barista staff. She gave a very happy start to my day with a smile and a great tasting coffee.
Tips
The funniest thing about this app is the prompt to add a tip. As far as I remember tipping is an option for extraordinary service to your table. I haven’t notice table service in cafe Nero not to mention extraordinary charges for coffee. Could Nero pay their stuff enough rather than prompt for tips ?

A Great Cafe Nero brance at Notting Hill Gate
I was visiting London and stopped by at the store of Notting Hill Gate cafe Nero. Cafe Nero is always my favorite place to be. Whenever I need a break I stop by at my local branch in Arlington, MA, USA, they are the best. But Here in the Notting Hill Gate branch Natsuki and Jay again made my experience absolutely delightful. They helped me enable the app, made me get introduced to it well, they were so welcoming and their smiles made my day. I would add Natsuki and Jay to my list of souvenirs of happy memories from Londom.

Free Pastry Voucher not updating
I love the Nero app, but unfortunately my free pastry voucher isn’t converting into a voucher in the app. Please can someone assist? Apart from that, having in-app payment options sets Nero apart from your competitors. Keep up the great work.
Unable to claim bday treat
I was sent a voucher to claim a free treat but when I tried to use it in store it told me it had already been claimed, which it hadn’t. Not impressed. 2 staff members couldn’t work it out either. Poor show on your part. I was offered a free coffee for the inconvenience which I didn’t want. Why could I have not receive the treat instead of the coffee?
