Why do companies sign up for this app for their employees. It must be free as a trial. Worst app ever
App Keeps Crashing
My job recently implemented the use of this app for scheduling making it easier to request time off from home. Since day one it has crashed and will not open. If it worked, it would be a really good app.
Terrible mobile experience
My employer uses this app for its employees but the mobile experience has been terrible for many of us. In my case the app has gone haywire after the latest Apple update. Making it unusable for me when I need to check my schedule on the go. I have to get to a pc and log in that way in order to use it. Worst part is that they cater to the employers so there is no way to troubleshoot with them directly.

Won’t load anymore
This app used to work great now I can’t get it to load. I did everything to troubleshoot still nothing. So now I have to put in all my requests and pick up hours on my work computer which sucksss! Pls fix this!

It refuses to load!
It has been working fine, but just this week, it would not load when I tried to log in. It keeps on switching Back and forth in reloading. I have already tried to delete and reinstalled it from my app store. It is still not working. Please fix this!!!

App flicking between browser logging screen and main app screen. please fix.
No longer working
App just flicks about on the screen tried tried uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference. It doesn’t give me the option to even login. It just flicks around the screen.
Crashes
Every time you open it it crashes. It also asks you to log in constantly
Not working
Randomly logs you out. Unreliable. Today the pages just loading and disappearing, uninstalled/ installed and still not fixed, it has been hours and still unable to see the schedule 🤦🏻♀️When it comes to work apps it’s important for it to be reliable and dependable but this one is not so much . I give two stars because at times it works fine .

Useless
The app does not let you see the full screen, or adjust or move the screen over at all. This makes the app literally useless as I cannot do what I need to do.
Useless app and Zero support. My company aren’t interested.
iPhone app issues .. worked ok for years before now. My company won’t help (have you thought about buying a new iPhone …. yeah right if you give me £1000 to pay for it!) and Teleopti are a typical IT corporate outfit uninterested in fixing their bad software and totally unapproachable . I used to get better results from a printed out rota. Bring back the past!

No longer works
App used to work but the past few weeks I am unable to view my schedule after logging in. Not ideal when your shift changes every day

App will no longer load since update. Can now only access on my work pc which means I have to go to work to check my schedule.
Love the ability to change my schedule!
The app has been super smooth and I love being able to move my breaks and lunches, add work hours or call out sick directly from my phone!
