Caldera Spa App
None of the features work. It’s been this way for two years now and the app is worthless. For as much as I’ve spent on my spa, you would think that they would spend the $50,000 it takes to make a premium app for all their spa owners that spend $15,000-$25,000 on a spa wanting to make sure it’s ready for me when I get home. This technology has been out for years and they are lagging massively. Not happy with this company.

The other reviews say it all. Worst app ever
Inconsistent since v2.3
Temperature adjustments haven’t worked consistently since the version 2.3 update. I hope they fix this since it’s been a good app to have.
Garbage app, garbage interface
Truly awful experience. The connected spa feature is garbage. Half the time the system is unresponsive. It takes 30 seconds for the settings to sometimes change on the hot tub, if you get lucky and it even responds at all. Even worse, I’ve had the connected spa system glitch out where it was randomly turning on the jets and lights until I restarted the tub and the WiFi adapter. Two thumbs down. Had I known how bad the app was I probably would have gone for another hot tub manufacturer altogether BECAUSE ITS A BIG DEAL.

Barely occasionally works
Recommend to stay far away from the Connected Spa system. When it works, the app, which looks like it’s from the birth of the WWW takes 10-15 seconds for any light or pump change to go through. It usually just takes your input and does nothing. Sometimes rebooting the spa fixes this but should we really constantly have to reboot a spa? Any suggestion that they might make the IQ chemical sensing data available in the app has been a lie up to this point - this would actually be a great use case. This is all the disappointing result of an obviously inadequate development team.
