Caleco is easy to use and convenient to my apartment. I love the size of the washer and especially the size of the dryer. The fact that I can Pay from the app. Caleco gets a thumbs up from me.
Money not reimbursed
I’ve lost so much money due to their app issues taking my money and not starting my load. I’ve reported it on the app many times and have never been reached out to or reimbursed for my lost funds.

I have had good success with this app with very minimal not so great moments. Where it kept my money but the machine didn’t work. But other than that it is a great app!

I would like to be able to add time even if I’m not next to the machine in my apartment. Otherwise. I love that QR code use it add the machines number standing next time it. The app is pretty good as well.

Very old-fashioned and unreliable and annoying
I was really excited when I found out that I would not have to walk to the leasing office to reload my card anymore. This new system was advertised by my complex as “new smart laundry system”, but it is anything but smart. It is still using technology available from when smart phones first were introduced.
We should be able to just use Apple Pay directly at the washer. This app though makes you add money to the app first (has to be at least $10) and can only have 1 payment card active at a time. Like I said, old-fashioned.
It could be SO MUCH BETTER by just getting with the times and working like every other laundromat in town.
If another tenant takes their laundry out of the machines before the cycle ends, the next person need to sit there and wait for it to finish - even days later.
The “room status” is never correct, so that feature cannot be counted on.
The feature to notify when cycle is done does not work and when it does, it’s wrong and will notify you early.
Hire an IT person or a new DEV and make the app actually half decent please.

Awful connection issues
App never connects to the machine.

Room status page shows no information.
Multiple machines broken for weeks despite reporting on the app.
