Winning or second chance
Why do you make it so hard to scan for winning ticket or second chance, I had non problem with the old app.

Ever since I download your new app, I have not been able to scan my tickets. I had no problems with your old app. Not sure why you change but it’s not working.

New App is awful! Difficult-if not impossible- to use. Won’t scan tickets properly or allow you to sign in as easily as the old one.

Yes… I tried your scanner and it doesn’t let me. What do you mean by “scan fail, try a different position or zoom level? You better update this so we can scan our ticket

Can’t seem to use this new app deleted the old one and this one does not scan! Why should I need a separate scan app for the lottery app?

The site doesn’t give you a way to do that! I’m going to stop playing this game and any of the games you have! As much money you make you should improve this site so we don’t get ripped of! Do something to improve it!!!

Scanning does not work
Absolutely frustrating. The scanner doesn’t work and there’s no way to manually enter a new number. The other site was way better whatever they did to this site. They totally ruined it. Not even sure if I want to buy tickets after this especially for a second chance.
2nd Chance Drawing
The new version of the California Lottery Scanner website doesn’t allow for inclusion of 2nd Chance drawing numbers. Or am I not using the site properly?

Hello, with the other app I was able to scan my tickets faster and with no problems . I’m having issues with the new app to scan my tickets .
