Sorry to hear about your experience. The free trial was available on the annual subscription plan. Monthly subscriptions do not include a free trial. All subscription purchases and billing are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Apple Support so they can review the transaction details and assist you further.

Hi Isaac, sorry for the frustration, that's not the experience we want. We do send a trial-ending reminder, but it goes through push notifications. If notifications were declined during onboarding (or turned off later in your phone settings or app was deleted), the reminder won't come through. The good news: you can easily request a refund directly through Apple They processes these quickly and we always support refund requests in cases like this.
