About

Log what you ate. See what that actually adds up to. Calio is a calorie and macro tracker that stays out of the way: no account, no sign-up, no scanning a barcode three times before it finds the thing in your hand. Tap the food, set the servings, done. WHAT IT DOES - Calories, protein, carbs and fat against goals you set yourself - A built-in list of everyday foods, with the macros already filled in - Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks kept separate - 30 days of history on your device, so you can see whether this week was typical or not - 7-day and 30-day averages, and how many days landed on target YOUR OWN FOODS A built-in list never has the thing you actually eat every week. Add it once, with its own macros and serving size, and it shows up first when you search. Free keeps five of them. CALIO PRO - As many of your own foods as you want - All 30 days of history instead of the last 7 - 30-day average and days-on-target Correcting your log is never part of the subscription. Editing and deleting entries and foods is free on every tier, including on past days. Calio Pro is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, with 14 days free on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Calio is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing how you eat. What's New in Calio

1.1

History, and foods of your own. Calio has been keeping 30 days of your log on the device since day one and never showing it to you. Now there is a History tab: every day you logged, what was in it, and what the week averaged out to. You can open any past day and fix what is in it. You can also add your own foods now, with their own macros and serving size, and they come up first when you search. Free keeps five. Editing and deleting is free on every tier, on past days too.
