Where is my balance?
Was eager to make a call to China, so set up account and subscribed to monthly unlimited. After seeing “you are all set”, I tried to make a call and found there was no balance. After 1 hour wait, still zero balance. Should have informed me it may take long for account to be topped up.

Doesn’t work
App just doesn’t make any calls to Russian mobile phone numbers. Not even one of what I tried.
Contacted support but they couldn’t resolve issue and didn’t get money back. And threats that will block my account if I get money back through the Apple support 🤷♂️

Bad service and app
Bad service,sometimes you can call sometimes you can’t. Your credit also goes even if you weren’t able to speak. Almost all my credit was gone by mistake!I had to contact them to give me my credit back.
