Why did you ruin a once amazing app?
Sometime recently, there was an upgrade, which I never worry about doing, and it seemed to ruin the entire app. I understand, sometimes things change and it used to this is just been infuriating, and I am about to delete something that I have been using almost daily for many years.
The biggest problem is that the multiple chapter stories and the song collections with multiple songs have gotten ruined. Some of my favorite multi Chapter stories now just go to one chapter somewhere, but it doesn’t even tell you where you are so a five parts story that I last episode number five now only shows me episode five like there’s never been anything else. Why would you??
Also song collections that I used to put on a two hour timer and go to sleep to some amazingly, beautiful and relaxing music, has one son associated with each like harp, music, or cello music, it’s no longer a collection of music for the Harper the cello song playing on a harp or a cello. And make it worse, when you set a two hour timer it just repeats that one song over and over for two hours. Absolutely disgusting, absolutely infuriating, and how could you let anyone ruin an app like this? I’ll check back in about a week and if it has not been resolved, then all my, I think four years? Maybe more, of enjoyment of an app that I really enjoy having Has just because somebody decided to do an update and obviously hasn’t paid any attention they broke in the process.

We were given a membership to Calm from our VERY large hospital system. Just about everything is locked. I’m not laying blame on the hospital either. This app stinks!

Long term user locked out of subscription
I would love to give 5 stars but I’ve had a subscription for over 10+ years paid annually and after an Apple update about 10 times days ago, I’ve been locked out of my premium subscription and no amount of
emailing or raising tickets is fixing this. So I’m paying for a subscription and not able to access content and no one is rectifying it. It was fine the first couple of days, even week but now after 10 days. It’s simply just too long.

Was good. Now Useless
Loved this for 2 years. Now it’s asking me to log back in every single night. Even kicks me out in the middle of the night. Don’t waste your time and money. Download another app with a developer with 2 brain cells to rub together.

Vital to my sleep
Love this app. I’ve used sleep stories for the past year and it’s the only way I can go to sleep. I also like the daily trip and Eric Lopez’s recordings as well.

I love Calm!
I use Calm every night to help me fall asleep and use it frequently for relaxation or to help me focus. There are so many choices that it never gets boring. The stories are also a nice feature. I truly feel I get my money’s worth with the annual subscription.
There is one small annoyance. They changed the timer and it doesn’t save the time you set like it used to, so I have to select the time every night for when I want it to turn off. I definitely need the timer because it often won’t play long enough without it, but it wakes me up later on if it keeps playing. I hope they’ll restore that functionality.

Good app
It’s a pretty Good app but I wish that it was less glitchy, with my iPhone 17 pro max it still glitches
No access to paid subscription
I paid for premium subscription for a year and with 4 months left I have no access to premium content. I have reached out over and over and cannot get any help from calm to restore my purchase!
Charged me when my subscription was canceled
The itself is fine. I gave it a trial. And when it was ending, I went onto the app to make sure that I canceled it. I got conflicting information where on the website it showed no account found, but in the app it showed that there was a pending renewal. I reached out to CUSTOMER SERVICE and they wrote back to me confirming that my account was canceled and there would be no charges. Regardless, they charged me for a renewal at the end of the trial period at the cost of a full year.

Warning, won’t let you cancel
This is my first time leaving a review at all on the thousands of apps I tried. It won’t let you cancel your subscription. The app doesn’t let you cancel, the website doesn’t let you cancel. They make you verify your email to submit a support ticket. They say they can’t give you a refund and you have to dispute it. Oh, the subscription also doesn’t show up in your Apple subscriptions like everything else. Ridiculous in a world where so many services have made managing subscriptions and trials super easy.

PLS REVERT THE UPDATE
Ok so this is a great app and all, I love it and use it to fall asleep every night, but I usually only listen to one song that’s only 10 minutes long, and I used to use the repeat one button so it would continuously play and I wouldn’t have to reset it every time, but with the new update you removed that button and now I have to reset it every time and it’s super annoying, the way you updated how it looks is good but pls either revert the update or make a new update that adds the button back. Otherwise amazing app would recommend a ton.

This app has helped me so much with the regulation of my nervous system!
I love using this app for meditations, sleep stories and music. I had no idea my nervous system was so disregulated.
SO annoying
Stop locking every soundscape I listen to after one night. Who can pay $80+ in this economy!?!?!?!?! I just want to sleep
New update is glitchy
Daily check in takes forever to load. Can’t type any notes in daily check ins. The app became very slow.
