Frustrating
I just wanted a simple calorie counter with macros. It makes you answer 100 questions and get all of your information before giving you a subscription price. This kind of nonsense is infuriating.
I logged one meal and the macros were different to what’s on the packet so I just deleted it.

Misleading
It’s not free. Also it hangs on the 50% discount page.
Ease of use is not great
I wish I had gotten a trial before purchasing and subscription and I’m hoping the company is honorable enough to offer a refund. Adding meals it’s very detailed and not simple at all. There are too many steps and most of the time the buttons won’t work or open items. For something I would need to use multiple times a day, it’s just to many steps and not consistent operationally.

I really enjoy this app, it’s been a tremendous help for my weight loss journey. My one suggestion is to please change the selection for how many pounds you want to lose per week when setting your goals. Take out the sliding, and just let me type in a value. The slider is very difficult and I end up with 1.48 lbs per week or 1.51 lbs per week, instead of 1.5 pounds per week. It’s a small thing, that would make goal setting a lot easier.

No free trial
I personally don’t like the app and that’s not to say others won’t. My rating is because thanks to having no free trial I am now tied into paying for the subscription for a year while using a better app.

$19.99 To See Macros
The only way you can see your macros is by paying $19.99 a month, using AI. A few months ago it was $5.99 a month and seeing how many macros you’ve consisted. Thats not cool, not everything needs AI.

I purchased the annual subscription for this app and after a few days I realised that their AI feature needed a different subscription, that I was able to use though for a few days before it showed that another subscription was needed. I raised the issue to their support team that not only kindly and quickly explained me that they had an update going on , but they also gifted me to try their Ai feature for a year.

Doesn’t tell you it costs money up front
Makes you spend a bunch of time filling out answers only to prompt you to select a plan and pay for it. Should be more upfront about costs.
Measurements not helpful
I scanned peanut butter and I am only given the options for grams, lbs, oz. The serving size is 2 TBSP. I can do the math, but I don’t want to. Scanned yogurt, calculates 2/3 cup as .67 cups. If I only want 2 TBSP of yogurt, I have to do the math myself. This is in not helpful. I had to subscribe to find this out.

Good but too expensive
I decided to buy the premium option. I could find where so I clicked on the ai tab, I bought the yearly Membership with 80% off for $19.99 turns out that was only for the ai and for me to take pictures of food and see the nutritional values of my meal I had to pay an additional 59 dollars! That is absurd! All I wanted to do is see the nutrional values of my food otherwise the app is pretty good and i would recommend

Do not recommend for long term use
This app worked great for the first 3–4 months, but then it suddenly stopped working without any warning. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but aside from receiving a couple of what appeared to be automated AI responses that simply repeated the same message, I haven’t received any meaningful assistance. Those responses eventually stopped as well, and it’s now been two days with no communication.
Because of the lack of support, I’ll be canceling my subscription and switching to MyFitnessPal. I wanted to avoid the mainstream option and support a newer company, but unfortunately that hasn’t worked out. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with the more established platform from the beginning.
To make matters worse, I paid for a full year of service and only got about 3–4 months of reliable use. At this point, I’ve accepted that I’m probably out the money. I just want an app that’s dependable and backed by responsive customer support.

I was so excited but
I was excited to use this app after reading the reviews but I can’t get past this screen. I’ve tried closing the app, restarting the phone, pushing all over the screen. I don’t know what else to do. So I can’t use it. :( Any advice?
App does not work
It charged me twice for subscription and it does not move forward. Give me my money back. Another scam
Premium doesn’t work
Tried to pay for premium, the subscription was listed in my subscriptions but I can’t use any of the functions without being prompted to pay again. Feeling scammed
