Worst app
Frequent unnecessary updates each time requiring SMS based authentication from the mobile which never work in one go. What exactly are you achieving with this, I have accounts with multiple other international banks and no one ever forces a SMS based setup each time.

Unable to access banking services
Opened account in December 2025 but still ( May 2026) have not received my debit card. Did send multiple emails but have not received any response or resolutions.
Worst app ever seen in my life
This app never works properly for me. From day 1 the app shows your number is blocked contact home branch! And even after contacting home branch they said the fixed it even after that i cant get access to the app. Such a frustrating interface and options are boring.
Need better interest amount visibility
For loan programme - Need interest value to display based on as of now dispatched loan payment instead of showing full loan approved value interest.

Cluttering of Dashboard needs to be simplified.
Basic options like balance , statements, transfers , upi, end customer should be able to modify as per his choice for usage convenience.

Security is priority in a world full of scammers
Initially I had difficulty navigating through the app but with regular use I have experienced that this app is pretty good and more secure than some other banking apps.

Sir, I find that every now and then the app goes off again we have to start from the beginning. Why this problem is arising I really cannot understand. I am really afraid of using your app, when by mistake I use your app without internet the entire things goes off. When other apps like Google Pay and other bank apps why I am using your’s only goes off really it is very scary. Please.. please rectify this issue immediately. Please reply without fail. I Have a Auto loan with the Canara bank. However, the information was given at the beginning was completely false about Interest rates and all. That’s ok Nature business nothing can be done.
But at least, the Management should be polite with the customer that account holder cannot expect it from the Canara bank employees. When we ask something they respond with frustrations. Worst service i had with this Banking.
Mainly about there service charges they don’t even bother to notify the customers about charges being deducted from accounts. We need to check ourselfs and get back to them for the reason being deductions. Mobile application as worst as customer service and employees. I can really say it’s pathetic service.
Appreciate if this changes can be done by Higher managements.
