No cards at stores
No cards available at the stores to be able to sign up, you can’t just sign up on the app, you need a card from an actual gas station to sign up or sign in. App is useless if you can’t choose a store or sign up without a card number GROM their station! Useless app! I hope Costco opens a gas bar in our town too to get rid of all these rip off gas stations in Lloyminster area

Personal Information
They want all your personal information for a gas station rewards card. Date of birth, full address etc.
Nobody else has those as required items and my Chevron is only a couple extra minutes drive.

Apple wallet not working
Error loading when you try and add it to Apple wallet

The whole reason I got the app was to add it to Apple wallet. There’s is a button to do so but it does not work. Card will not add.
New Update Won’t Load
For the past 3 days the App will no longer load on my phone. Just a blue screen with the CANCO logo and the swirling loading logo. Can’t use my points or get new ones since this started. Was told I needed to get a new card if I wanted to start again collecting points. Lost the original card which didn’t matter as I had the app. 😠

Disappointed was thinking the update might bring something new to the app instead I now have a none functional app
Requires Absurd Amount of Personal Info
To connect your gift card to your phone, you must enter your email, phone number, full name, date of birth, and more. And they automatically check the “would like to receive promos” box - very dishonest.
E-receipts could make it better
This app allows you to track the points earned but it would be great if it allows to download transaction receipts

Just updated the app and now it says I have $0 balance on my Canco rewards card. Nothing seems to be loading correctly either.
Glitchy and not able to use at the pump
Submitted a missing receipt and 2 weeks go by with nothing. App is very glitchy can’t add to apple wallet and also is not usable at the pump. Such a waste.
Apple Pay
There is an option now to add the card to Apple Pay however it never gets added it stays stuck in the loading circle and nothing happens… please fix this.
