Add option to app
I love candy cloud’s birthday cake soft serve ice cream. The frosting is my favorite part of the creation and I would love if you guys were to add the option to make the pink frosting an add on for all layered ice creams!! Also adding more options in the soft serve special request for an order would be nice! For example if someone wanted to order the strawberry crunch ice cream creation but they don’t want white cake, an option to request no white cake (or other things) would be nice.

The old app was easier to use and more aesthetically pleasing. I also lost my reward when updating so be careful!

App is horrible for Apple Pay
Deleting the app and I just won’t get the points, the Apple Pay doesn’t work. It kept giving me a error and I was charged twice and was given two drinks. This isn’t the first time I’ve had that issue and I’ve seen other reviews about it unfortunately. Very annoying.

Payment options
Apple pay isn’t working and even with the debit card on file I have to put in my cvv # which I don’t have memorized, it’s an inconvenience to pull out my card. Other than that I love it and love this place.

The app itself is pretty good but signing in can be an issue and I feel like it would be helpful to make the macros easy to see. But the app is visually appealing and easy to order
Beats every other drink place I’ve tried
Candy cloud was very fast and good quality! It was very clean inside! The drink was refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend.

Works Just Barely
The app works enough to an extent, but paying for your order is a pain. Applying 10$ credit for rewards makes the payment system bug out super hard, and i ended up being charged for my whole order without my discount

I have a soy intolerance, which limits what I can and can’t have, the woman that’s here during the day, especially, in South Elgin looks at the ingredients for me! On top of, just being an amazing place to come. Tried the Lavender Lemonade last time, it’s astonishing delicious! She was the one who recommended it, so I tried it and loved it! The staff is always pleasant! This place should be packed, because it’s better than most of the places, service and hospitality wise! Plus, the can seal, is what seals the deal for me! Highly highly recommend this place! I’m in love!

Update ruined it
This WAS a great app before they updated it. Because of their new update, everybody had to recreate their account. They also removed customization options for drinks and removed Apple Pay from checkout. The user interface is clunkier in my opinion than before. What a backwards update.

I love the chocolate cake shake, and I like there is so much customization. Another favorite of mine is the strawberry refresher.

Great app
I like the option to create your own shake but would love it if there was also options for add ins like brownies or items from the coffee menu for coffee shakes! And maybe some of the limited time / speciality’s drinks and tea items for more add ins aswell. Overall it’s a great app.
