This app is slow to open and takes forever to make/cancel appointments. They need to make a major update.
App is not usable
Ridiculous that for how much you pay to go here that they can’t make a functional app. No reason it should take each page 2 min to load. This app sucks and it’s making me want to cancel my stay.

Useless
Even using the same phone number and email address used for my reservation, the app won’t open. It’s truly worthless and as bad as the other reviews say. I can’t believe that a place charging such high fees for supposedly luxury service has such a juvenile app. A high school student could set up something better these days.

Oops something went wrong
I have tried booking services and I keep getting the error oops something went wrong. I am going with family and trying to coordinate service times and now they are all signed up and I can’t do anything because of this error. Tried resetting and no fix. It is beyond frustrating!!!

Make sure you use the same email address for your reservation and your app account, or you’re f*d
I had a pre-existing account and unknowingly made a reservation under a different email address. The only way to book services more than 30 days before your trip is to use the app, and the app isn’t registering that I have a reservation because my app account is tied to a different email address than my reservation. I can’t change either the phone number or email address associated with the app account, and I can’t make a new account because my phone number is already tied to this one, and the app requires two-factor authentication. I tried to delete the account, and it tells me it could take up to 14 business days. Seriously? This is ridiculous. I have a reservation that I can’t book services for.

Can’t book my own services! Slow slow slow and doesn’t work. Why even have an app?
So frustrated
I’m beyond frustrated with this app. I’m paying so much money for my upcoming stay and while I could call customer service, I’m a millennial who’d rather not talk on the phone and just handle my schedule on my own. I’m not sure why the apps features can’t just be on an account on the website like Burke Williams. Downloading an app that takes years to load for one three night retreat feels like a waste of time and energy. I’m going into my weekend stressed out when this is supposed to be relaxing.

Unacceptable - a high schooler could rewrite this for you
What an absolute shame. Such an amazing resort, services, service etc - backed by a juvenile, amateur app. Please let your developers how they think it is acceptable to have a 10 to 15 second load screen on every single fricking activity. How is this even possible? You’re serving static data - it should be instant. You’re not dealing with millions of concurrent connections - why so many errors and load screens?’ Why does a confirmation to remove or add take 10+ seconds?
You have a native app - why not use notifications to remind on session times, why not direct users to their activities using the map and real time navigation. Easy fixes but whomever is responsible should be fired

Slow and buggy
You will need a spa vacation after dealing with this app. It is agonizingly slow with a spinning dot circle for nearly every move you make. The “oops something went wrong” phrase is a regular error message, which is beyond frustrating. I have had to call customer service five times and it still isn’t working right, and now things I’ve scheduled have gone missing.
(This is my first app review and I’m sorry it is a negative one.)
I will consider another resort next time. It’s too frustrating.

Terrible app
It can’t find my stay. I contacted the resort, and they told me to log out and log back in. Every time I try to log out, it creates a loop in which it makes me verify my number, then sends me right back to the home screen. Deleting and reinstalling also didn’t help.
Helpful app; poor performance
Lots of good info and scheduling functions in the app. But it takes 30 sec or more just to load an event descriptions. Why? All this info should be pre-downloaded for my stay. Then to book an activity takes another 30-60 sec. It’s like using the internet with dial up. What should take 5 min ends up taking 10 or more! Ugh!

Glitches! Frustrating
Oops Something Went Wrong
I’m so tired of getting the “oops, something went wrong error” this has happened over several visits over the past year or so. Every time I talk to someone at Canyon Ranch about it they have a different theory on why I get this error. My friend gets the same error. Sometimes you get the error and the item adds to your schedule anyway, sometimes it doesn’t. Canyon Ranch gets the prize for the most nonspecific error handling, at least give me specifics on what went wrong! Update a year later- still going wrong. Booked my stay and so did my friend and neither of us have our stats showing in the ap. Contacted Canyon Ranch and told “sometimes the ap has technical difficulties - we’ll pass the message on.” It’s not sometimes - it’s MOST times!

Keeps acting up won’t let me sign up for things n won’t refresh?
App wont open!
Self explanatory. Want to use it, but it doesnt load past the canyon ranch opening! Yes have downloaded more than once.
