Fix the app
Easy fix to actually register a session without having to keep the app open and/or allow manual entry. My phone naturally goes to lock screen after 2 minutes and if the app is not showing on the screen when the session ends, it doesn’t register it.
Can’t even use device
This is the worst app I’ve used! I can’t even use my device as the app refuses to connect to my spectrum cap. Obscenely expensive cap for such a terrible app!
App is Really Poor
I switched from the Revian cap to the Capillus Spectrum just over a month ago, as it had better tech in the LLLT. However, the Capillus app is so poor. It does not record your daily usage accurately. Days that it had recorded are now dropped as not used. The progress photos are not being saved in the app either. App Development Team told me to delete app and reinstall and that has not fixed it. Super frustrating. Compared to how professional the Revian App is, this is a major disappointment in Capillus and given how much these LLLT devices cost, creates doubt in their overall solution.

The Spectrum cap has been a great addition to my daily routine. The app sends helpful notifications and makes it easy to track my progress. I highly recommend it.
