Great App, Bad Update
This app functions very well and has a good user interface. However, the latest update changed the way it labels transactions on your account. The wording on the transaction labels are now very confusing and it is hard to figure out what each charge is for.
Alert
I didn’t get any notification that my account was below $150, thank god I happened to check my account, why are my alerts not happening?
Great app
Takes a little bit to understand how to use it, but once you do, everything is very simple to do and use.
Courtesy pay
I did not want to be on courtesy pay, so in July I requested to be removed from courtesy pay. An I was told they did remove me from courtesy pay, but last week I was charged $32.00 for courtesy pay fee, after a capital credit employee told me that I was removed from courtesy pay that same day back in the July, so please remove me from courtesy pay I DO NOT WANT COURTESY PAY AS OF THIS AUGUST 1ST 2023 I WAS TOLD BACK IN JULY THAT I WAS REMOVED FROM COURTESY PAY BUT STILL BEING CHARGED $32.00 8/28/23 PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM COURTESY PAY

Always freezes up or face enables needs to be redone weekly. Have tried to remove and redo download but same issue remains

90% of the time I try to login it says bad request even using the face login. Extremely unreliable to not even be able to use a app because of a software error. It’s not my password because I use the same one and the times it lets me in is random.

Please improve your app
Keep getting bad request whenever i tried signing in. At times it takes forever to load, during evening or early morning when i check my account, there would be times that it says i dont have an account or my user log in is wrong.

If you can access your account and that’s a big If, the layout is good but trying to get into the app is a nightmare. Even after enabling touch it still asks for username and password. After entering that there’s a slim chance you’ll be able to access your info. This app is worst than the first one which I didn’t think was possible
