Easy fast good so far
Seems so far easy to use and register to. Got a decent amount to spend if needed so helps with my cash flow. I like that you can give employees a card also and control there limits. So far so good I’m impressed 👍

I’ve been using cap on tap a few years now, the level of speed when we require short term lending is phenomenal. We also use the card quite a lot to build up Avios points as we travel a lot for business.
App is fine - the company isn’t
I was asked to provide proof of ownership for my company despite being 100% up to date at Companies House. I did supply my info albeit slowly due to real world, but my account was closed and no communication. Bizarre anti customer approach - look elsewhere

Issue with new update
Previous version where you can store repayment option now every time we need to enter all the details, the stored card details can’t be used without OTP to make the payments, what’s the point making it difficult

I am using this card for business for last 4-5 years very good experience so far and they even increase my limit 1-2 a year depending on the usage i pay full amount each month so i can avoid paying interest so far all had been good

Disgustingly high interest rates and shocking customer service, go to your bank and ask for something better, capital on tap prey on the people that are not prepared to shop around… don’t be that personcompany… you can do it.👍🏻

I was amazed to have access to a large about of credit in an instant of setting up my account and I was able to use it without having to have a physical card from the mail. Super convenient!

Generally ok app, but recently I was present there was an error and no reason, guessing maybe there been no backwards compatibility testing of users already logged in, I delete the app as need to delete the app data and reinstall and logged in and now works which was clear something new changed in the auth — even if the app asked user to log back in as we need them too would have been a bit better
