Much like the credit company itself, this app is trash. Try to tell you to wait, that prices are falling and they never do so youโre just screwed trying to get a cheap flight.

Booking Modifications
Always try to go through your airline first, Capital One is quick to try to charge you a fee for something that the airline would do for free for you if you contact them directly
Unable to access favorites
I added a few specific hotels to favorites list, but every time I try to bring up the list, the screen just shows a white screen. Doesnโt work in Safari either.
Love/Hate this app
I find this app very hard to use for browsing for places to stay. Hate that it keeps sending me back to start the search over or logging me out. Much easier to search with other travels apps and then book when I know where I want to stay. Love that itโs so easy to use my travel credits when I finally get to the checkout though!

More expensive flights than buying directly
Highly recommend not using the app. For starters, I compared same exact flights against American Airlines app and they are more expensive here. Next, changing flights is a pain as it has to be done over the phone with an agent reading off potential changes one at a time. Will not be using this in the future unless looking strictly at hotels for the one night free promotions.

App is super slow and choppy, takes forever to load and resets or crashes a lot. Sometimes prices and availability change mid-booking. However the idea of the separate app for travel is good but wish the app was smoother.
Booking with Capital One
They provide cheaper prices than many other booking options including the hotels themselves, the 5% cash back is probably one the best options when it comes to rewards back.

The title says it all. Card has amazing rewards but thatโs if you can get the app to work. This app is atrocious. It hardly works and I keep getting the โsorry something went wrongโ. Fix your app please.
