Very disappointed with the service as they said they ONLY accept prebookings, no walk ins and you must book 3 days in advance.
Firstly Pre booking costs an additional £6 which is one reason I didn’t pre book as I’ve paid a premium as it is to have a priority pass.
Secondly I only had the flight arrangements yesterday so would never have been able to pre book 3 days in advance. The place was half empty and I feel my priority pass has been miss sold as I can’t use it like it should work for a busy traveller.
Belfast is not the only airport I’ve had this problem. I’m not getting what I’ve paid for. Extremely poor
