How is this allowed?
This is really a terrible app. Constant crashes. Does not show the same price for the same flights for the users. I have to use this app for the points but honestly I really hate it, whoever designed the UX for this has no clue what they’re doing.
Cancellation flow is not working
Trying to cancel flight through the app, keep getting an error and the message isn’t clear. The manage flight option is slow and keeps crashing. Then eventually it says can’t help you you need to contact airline. useless and bad experience, i paid for the cancel anytime add on and they make me go through calling airline

It’s alright
Maybe a tiny more convenient than the regular capital one app, but you also lose some functionality such as cancellations. A good version one. Capital One should dump garner, Jackson, and Barkley and use the money saved to make a better app.
