You cannot enter the lounge without reserving in advance. My layover was unexpectedly extended because a delay happened. I thought it would be a great benefit to be able to go to the lounge. They turned us away and said you need to be on the waitlist, and the app offers scheduling time for future dates at the lounge.
I guess I misunderstood the purpose of the lounge. It was still a frustrating experience during an already frustrating travel day.
I understand this is only one airport, but I recall being turned away on a trip last year, and I sense a trend.

Holy mother of god you guys really messed up with this one. I've tried 6 times to login and it keeps rejecting the MFA code from the email. It says an error occurred and gives up. The login fields don't support one password and get this- the opt code field doesn't even let you paste (??????) PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET YOUR MOENY BACK FROM WHATEVER TALENTLESS BOTTOM FEEDING CONTRACTORS you hired to build this pathetic vomit inducing dog excrement

Unable to log in
I was requested to download this new app instead of the old version. It just doesn’t work, I’m unable to log in with my own details including password. What is the point of launching a new app that doesn’t even work? Please fix it
