PPs fake reviewers suck
Obviously this app is so poorly designed and poorly rolled out that Priority Pass had to get some e-diots to positively review it in the most fake way possible. It is sheer incompetence to think that a new app is a good idea when people ONLY use this app when traveling. I am at an airport and can't get it to download for like 35 minutes - there goes my time before boarding. And the fact that Priority Pass useless people think it is OK because they sent an email just signals they have never ever traveled.
Really, whoever developed this should be embarrassed and whoever decided to roll out should be fired and shamed publicly.

Lounges missing?
Ok the new app looks great, but why are some lounges missing? For example I can see IGA lounge at Istanbul airport but the new one doesn’t show any lounges at that same airport?
After multiple attempts we still can not use this
Not sure why we are being asked to move to a new app when your system will not allow us to get the validation of our accounts. This is the same for iOS and android
It’s terribly slow !!!
It’s terribly slow. Even when it’s running in the background, it takes at least 45 seconds to reload. Very annoying

Pushed to this new app and the login page is broken. I can log in and out of the old app so I know my Usn and pass are correct when entered here. Why release a broken new app when the old one works

Been a member for years. Till I downloaded new app. Now I’m not 👎

Tried to log in and it does not recognize my log in info. Tried to retrieve my log in user name and it will not send me anything to my email to allow this. Never had a problem with the old app other than not allowing me to link my two priority passes to it. It only allowed one.
Terrible user experience
I’ve somehow got 4 accounts with Priority Pass registered to the same email address. How is this even possible? Makes it impossible to log in and navigate the app without wasting a heap of time resetting passwords guessing which account is valid.

Useless - can’t sign in
The title says it all. Completely useless since it won’t allow me to sign in. Seems like the issue has been going on for a while and it is still not fixed.
Poor password recovery
A basic app like this doesn’t require excessive password recovery measures. Just send a link so we can get in the lounge when we need to.
Log in doesn’t function
Email marketing to move to new app arrived, upon getting new app it says the account doesn’t exist. Suspect something has gone wrong with their rollout plan which mean the marketing to move to the new app is sent before the accounts are present and working. Reverted to the priority pass app (without the +) and works fine, will stay there until this is more mature.

Impossible to log in
This is second time I have been told I need to install this by the existing app, but despite giving it all the right details, even ones like membership number you would expect it to know having just verified your username and password it says details are wrong. Need to fix the app before promoting people to use it.

The previous version was working fine, but I cannot log into a new one
No lounge in new app
I travel from the glasgow airport often and the only lounge available without pre-booking, the upperdeck lounge, does not appear at all in the new app. Luckily the old app still shows it and it still works but if they are making the old app obsolete, I expect all the lounges available on the old app to appear on the new one!

Brightness doesn’t go down even after switching tabs!
Brightness goes to max on the card tab and doesn’t go back to normal on its own.
Super annoying
I am used to updates of the app for years. Looking for a lounge means you need to login first on a regular basis. This forced so-called upgrade tops it all. Username? OTP? Waiting for minutes for it to arrive? I want to find the lounge, that’s it. What is so complicated about it? Do they change every day? I mean, this is the least thing I want to get bothered with at the airport.
