Having received a leaflet through our door we downloaded the app as it offered us 50% discount on our first order, but the prices are completely made up and fabricated they don’t honour any of the prices and it just doesn’t work.

False advertising, poorly built app
If you have seen the advertisement to download this app for 50% off your first order, this is a lie and false advertisement. The code doesn’t work even though it is still being shown as a banner advert on the app. Tried to contact customer service twice which is non existent as they haven’t responded, poor app overall and the company needs to do better

So, so shady
Same as everyone else with weird 50% coupon results, but the worst bit is after adding a single half and half pizza to my basket, it says I’ve saved “£21.19 thanks to their deals”. The pizza costs £21.89… I’ve not saved any money. It’s deliberately disingenuous. 3 large pizzas should be £30 with the deal, but it’s tried to charge £50 and claims it’s saving me £33?! Make it make sense, full price is £60 not £73. Puts me off ordering from them in future, seems deliberate rather than a bug.

Couldn’t apply 50% discount as “better offer already applied” but nothing was there. Seemed like a cheap marketing tactic to lure in customers.

Excellent app – smooth, fast, and easy to use
The Caprinos app works really well. The interface is clean, simple, and very easy to navigate. Ordering is quick, the app is stable, and the payment options are smooth and reliable. No glitches, no confusion — everything works as it should. Makes ordering much easier than calling or using other apps. Highly recommended.

Numerous reviews about sorting vouchers out and here’s another one caprinos surely not that difficult to sort that out you’re just trying to con people into downloading the app and ordering food at the standard price. HORRIBLE MARKETING

I have never tasted better pizza in my life! Food always gets delivered so quickly, always the yummiest food and they always have such good deals on! Couldn’t recommend enough and the app makes it so much easier to place my orders

It’s sad… I’ve got 50% off voucher but when I ordered it’s not even giving 1% discount. Food is good. It’s good to order from uber app.

App good but false promotions, the coupons sent of 50% for first time users isn’t working.

Some of the low star reviews on here are silly and over the smallest things but I’ve ordered from here three times and the food has been brilliant every time and the prices are fantastic, the app is easy to use and the delivery drivers are friendly and polite

Doesn’t work as it should
I like Caprinos so it’s a shame the app is rubbish. It doesn’t apply discounts correctly. I had a voucher for 50% off, when I tried to apply it it keeps saying that a better voucher has been applied. But the applied one is only 30% off. How is 30% off better than 50% off? It won’t let you change it either. What’s the point of having app-only voucher if it will force you to have a different voucher with less of a discount 🤦🏻♀️

The worst, I mean the worst app I have used recently
The words won’t describe how poor it is. Just makes you cry and sad… registered twice now and cannot log in with those details. Cannot reset password as email now found. How can you now sort out you app, it is 2025?!!
